Sunnyside 

Yet another renovation of a single story family residence from the 50's.  This floor plan was completely cut up and had such low ceilings we knew we had to do something drastic.  By getting rid of the low drywall ceiling and exposing the original structure, we were able to increase the height 26 inches.
